That's a tough question because TRT clinicians are free to set their own fees and also because some bundle the part of cost of counseling into the cost of the wearable TRT devices, whereas others break everything out. So when looking at fees, it's important to be sure to look at the total cost rather an any given part of it.

As I see it, a "TRT program" should include the essential audiological testing necessary for TRT, a proper evaluation to assess whether or not you are a suitable candidate for TRT, initial TRT counseling, two additional follow-up counseling sessions, phone calls and/or e-mails where necessary, and a pair of wearable broadband sound generators. I have seen that entire package run as low as $3000 or as high as $6500.

Insurance reimbursements vary from carrier to carrier - so the above figures assume no reimbursement at all.
