Hello again Dr.Nager,
How are you¿, i have a question (sorry for my English), i had loss hearing and i would like to go to the concert next week, i do not if there is any risk because the sounds average in this kind of events  is 110 db 120db, so if i wear my protection 20db im still in the risk line 90 db 95, so i would like to know your opinion , thank very much for your advice, take care.

Marco, there is no perfect answer here. Everything you do in life carries some risk when you think about it. But if you really want to attend the concert, using properly inserted earplugs with 20dB attenuation sounds like a reasonable compromise to me.

Dr.Nagler, thank you very much for your advice (as a professional and as a reasonable person), i would like to ask you for a big favor.
I had mi hearing test since 3 months ago (i did it in a shop where you can buy hearing aids, the person that  did to me said that everything was alright, just because i dont need to buy any aid), but i see in the test i lost some db, can i send to you the test or maybe i can tell you what is on it¿.
Have a good day

Marco, I think this sort of question would be best addressed by a qualified audiologist. I have no formal training in audiology and would prefer not to offer an opinion.
