Sound therapy is one of the two crucial elements if TRT. The particular mode of sound therapy depends on your TRT Category. For my TRT Category, the mode of sound therapy was the use of a pair of broadband sound generators.

I mean, when you had your increase, you went to see Prof. Jastreboff again, but I guess that all he told you you already knew it/nothing really new ?

Not exactly. Look, there may be a handful of folks in the entire world who know more about TRT than I do. But as much as I know about it, I felt it was important to have an independent eye review my case - because I was too close the situation to be objective. So, yea, Dr. Jastreboff confirmed what I already knew. But I still believe there was tremendous value in seeing him again.

And then you mentionned "I resumed using the devices religiously exactly as directed, and within two or three weeks I had recovered."

Right. But you will please note that when I found myself in difficulty, I sought the assistance of a hearing healthcare professional with knowledge and experience in treating people with my particular auditory condition.
